Who doesn’t love milkshakes?
As I cut down on animal products I was kind of saddened to quit ice cream and milkshakes.
The other day I started thinking of different ways and this is what I came up with.
Do like this:
• Cut up 2 bananas, place them in a bag and freez them over night
• Place the frozen bananas in the mixer
• Add ice
• Add vanilla sugar (I make my own)
• Add coconut milk (or your choice of milk)
pour into glasses add topping if you like and drink up! 🥛
This one was a vanilla flavored vegan shake, and of course you can add strawberries, or add cacao, what ever flavor you like.
