Minor adjustments can give major results. Becoming aware of the things I tell myself was an huge eye opener to how I was perceiving the world around me. Becoming aware of the narrative voice that was navigating my experience, was a game changer.
If we speak things into existence, wouldn’t it be good to check in with our self talk to see what creates the momentum of what we don’t desire to shift into what we do desire. If we know that thoughts attract things, let’s become aware of where our attention is.
