In these busy times I often hear that it’s hard fitting yoga into the daily schedule. Reality is that you can do yoga anywhere at anytime, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be 30 minute sequence. It can simply be tuning in and stretching your body with an intention of the day. Such as “today will be a day filled with joy” or “today I ask for strength”. Whatever it is that you invite into your life, and move mindfully in that feeling. Your body is a manifestation of your thoughts, so listening to your body, gives you a deeper understanding of where you are right now. Pay attention to the feelings that sit in your body, and where there is tension, breath into that space allowing your exhalation to release what you are holding on to. Release what no longer serves you. Open up to the constant flow of the universe and allow it to flow through you freely. It might feel funny at first, it might be scary to let go or to surrender, but the more you do it the “easier” it becomes.
Be patient with yourself, and know that what you are doing now is building your future. Right now change is happening if you give space for it. Ground yourself and build a steady foundation, one brick at the time. Persistency is key when it comes to building the new. Where your attention goes energy flows, so only focused on the outcome you wish to see instead of seeing the million things that could go wrong. See the possibilities instead of the obstacles. See your potential and allow the law of attraction to work for you instead of against you. Embrace yourself to the fullest. Look within and you shall find all the answers.
