Today my mind was running around like a chicken without its head. Maybe this is why I have been running away from sitting down, because I know the chaos that's going on up there. But I also know how necessary it is for me to observe my mind and the different emotions through out my body. I know how important it may be to calm down your thoughts, slow down the breath and just relax. Even though it wasn't my "easiest" meditation, it served me good and I give thanks to that!
