After 100 h intensive yoga teachers training I am finally back to feeling like a human again. I had no expectations of what this time will do to me but never in the wildest guess would I gave thought yoga would be like this. Practicing yoga or any other mindfull phycical exercise helps the body take care of it self, creating a flow that helps heal. This is called prana, which is the same as "qi", meaning life force.
Eventhough the many benifits that comes with yoga, it takes hard work discipline patience and dedication. Yoga is not always such a lovely experience, it can be challenging as well. Being that our body also has a memory(muscel memory), the experiences may not always be pleasant. Tension is energy stuck in your body and prana helps you let go of that. So don't be surprise if emotion well out of you. This is completely normal, and so amazing that what you feel now the body will remember and store away in its little memory box.
